The worst thing happened

After studying hardly I haven't got DELE certification but as I'm brazilian I never give up :-)
It was not for lacking of cultural or funny extraclasses :-)
Meanwhile I keep waiting for another chance to study I'll stay at home

Flamenco

To watch an apresentation of this spanish art I went to Teatro de Madrid before going back and I found out that I need a machine that takes good picture at dark places

I don't know if the square name's reason is this picture taken at sunset :-)

A guided tour around it is worthwhile and surely much better than reading this post :-)
and also because inside pictures aren't allowed

View of Toledo

In order to increase the competition at art market I went to Toledo to produce my view of it.
Probably the price of El Greco's painting will get down :-)

Museo del Prado

I went to Museo del Prado but there was a long queue ...

... so I decided to look for art on the streets and I found it :-)

Because I think a hard case to make slaves of those who God and nature have made free

Back to Madrid...

... to visit some places I let behind at first staying.


For example El Rastro where is almost impossible to walk some times

Tibidabo

Tibidabo (512m) it the highest hill in the wooded range that forms the backdrop to Barcelona. It's a good place for some fresh air and fine views. Tibidabo gets its name from the devil, who, trying to tempt Christ, took him to a high place and said, in the latin version: Haec omnia tibi dabo si cadens adoraberis me (All this I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me - Lonely Planet)

After travelling by metro you can take a tram and a funicular to reach it.

The walk around it is free but against its name suggests to get in La Pedrera

...or at Casa Batlló is not for free :-(

Camp Nou

To watch Barcelona helps its rival to be new leader :-)

Barri Gòtic

It's a good place to lose yourself :-)

The Liceu where Picasso studied is also located here on Calle d'Avinyó corner.

Donostia

It's San Sebastián basque name.
There is also a great view of it from Mont Urgull but there is no funicular available.

Fortunately the path up is smooth and with shadows :-)

Monte Igeldo

There are at least 2 ways to reach it.
First, by walking from Bahia de La Concha

Second, by taking the funicular

If you choose the later, beyond the money you'll lose the best of the party :-)

But there are some shortcuts and the path is  not too steep :-)

I presented myself to pintxos and txakoli

But they don't matter about higiene because there are lots of people smoking, speaking, paying, etc... all of them above the pintxos. Maybe they are the real sauces :-)

Basque Country

It's known in Brazil by violent attempts to be independent from Spain.

Fortunately, anything was wrong... until now :-)

From where in sunny days you'll get great view of Barcelona.

Another Gaudí project hired by Eusebi Guell.

inside which is the house where Gaudi lived at beginning of 20th century.

La Sagrada Família

The church was the project to which Antoni Gaudí dedicated the latter part of his life.

In my opinion, it's an endless project :-)

Poble Brasileño :-)

On the way back from Montjuic where is located Olympic Stadium

I stopped at Poble Espanyol which is composed of copies of characteristic buildings from across the country's regions.

Finally, there is no link between the post's name and the post itself because the place's name is written in catalan which means Spanish People :-)

Drinking

One of Valência's typical drink is horchata that may  be served with fartón

Another one is água de Valência which is recommended for hot days.... in other words always due to the time of the year :-)
