Jongmyo Daeje

It is a rite that happens at first sunday of May in Seoul.... lucky again... here I am without making plans in advance. Anybody can explain how I am at Seoul where I've never thought to be before ? and now just because it's golden week in Japan I moved to here.... just blowing in the wind :-)

So stop wandering and back to the earth :-)

The ceremony starts from Gwanghwamun square at 11:30 a.m.

toward  Jongmyo where it culminates later

with some technology help because lots of people there

Fortress Wall

At afternoon, an easy walk along Fortress wall to burn some fuel

Namsan and Seoul Tower

This mountain can be reached by a cable car

or  save some wons by walking

I preferred to save my legs :-)

At top there are families' picnic

and also lots of padlocks attached in the same way as at Pont des Arts

Gyeongbokgung

It is the largest Seoul's palace

with a series of smaller meeting halls around

Noryangjin fish market

As I wrote before, a good travel guide makes difference so by following what was stated in it

the easiest way to reach is to use the pedestrian bridge that across the train tracks from exit 1

A piece of cake :-) I easily found the market to get an overview of what is coming

and closer but without a personal tourist guide I couldn't identify all... may you help me ? :-)
