Capitólio is close.... by car :-)  to Paraíso Perdido and also you can sail on Lago Furnas one of the biggest artificial lakes in the world

On the ground there is  Trilha do Sol trekking with some waterfalls as well

There is a spoken story about the name of it.
Two guys in a motorcycle arrived there and one said: It is the heaven !!!
and the another one replied: but we are lost !!!

Waterfalls of São Thomé

Starting from Vale das Borboletas (Valley of Butterflies) the closest one with no much water due to dry season

some blue wings butterflies around

and following the stream

with some owners on the way

to reach another one whose name I do not know so we could call it Yamamoto waterfall :-)

where  my feet deserve some fresh water after the challenging WCF2017 without bicycle :-)

On the other side of the village there are more waterfalls like Véu da Noiva (Bride`s Veil)

and Cachoeira do Flávio

At the end by feeling really small like a bridge over troubled water I will lay me down :-)
