First day

As my first day here I decided to hike the number one that started with Poço do Diabo

after swimming in Pratinha

and finished at Pai Inácio sunset

during the trail I found an advice for us

that I translated as

When the last tree was down
when the last river was dried
and the last fish was taken
you'll understand that money can´t be eaten

and last but not least... forgive me for the translation

Lençóis

After getting through the bus trip due to two-hours delayed departure and an all night long snoring neighbour ... I arrived and lively then no more complains :-)
But another bad new the internet speed in the city is very slow so for a while the picture is not in a good resolution. Below Mercado Municipal beside almost dry Lençois river.

Somewhere in Bahia

While my sabbatical life doesn't come I'll spend some time in Bahia which is my spiritual birthplace due to its laid-back way of life :-)
The starting point is Lençóis located in Chapada Diamantina where I'll try to find diamonds. Maybe I'm lucky and I'll trip up a big one during my walking on the park $$ :-)

This set of posts started with a song, passed by others and should finish by using another one whose title I used above and it fitted well because I didn't let many pesos there due to my broken budget :-(

The day before ...

... going back home is time for some shopping and the Tigre suburb that you can reach by taking a train is a good place to spend some time .... and money :-)

Nearby, there is Puerto de Frutos but, instead of its name, most of goods aren't fruits :-)

Finally, if there is something missing you can finish all at Calle Florida :-)
