I accept Edgard's suggestion and I'll write something about argentines and start by a joke in Brazil in which they are known as 'Los Hermanos' that means 'The Brothers' in spanish and do you know why ? ... because friends we choose by ourselves :-)
But as a matter of fact behaviorhood varies depending on the region so I'll tell you my first impression about mendocinos and mendocinas as citizens from Mendoza are known.At first they have a soft style of life due for example at lunch time between 1 and 4 p.m. some stores are closed due to siesta but the same doesn't happen in Buenos Aires.
They are very politized and love speaking then if you let they will not stop talking about any subject. So it's a good place to study spanish because you could have class on the streets :-)
But some behavior are common around the world. For instance I saw a policeman with high-speaker trying to educate pedestrians to follow the rules. It worked well for a while
